Product Overview:
The DM7055 module is a Small Form Factor Pluggable transceiver. It provides an industry standard interface to network platforms that have MSA compliant SFP ports. The module has two interfaces: the host SGMII interface and the line side 10Base-T1L interface. In addition, the module provides an I2C to MDIO bridge AND a register set within A2 memory space to allow user access to the registers within the SGMII to MII converter and the ADIM1100 (shown above in the Block Diagram). Loss of Link from the line side is indicated to the Host as an output from the module via the RxLOS pin. The total power consumption is within MSA specification and below 1W Max.
